The detection and analysis of the red fluorescence signal were conducted using microplastic detector photodiode (PD) channels 4, 5, and 6, each equipped with red fluorescence filters. These photodiodes have different signal gains, facilitating a broader dynamic range of detection. The timetrace data of the PD signals were captured and subsequently filtered using a low-pass filter. The timetrace data exhibited peaks corresponding to the presence of red microplastic particles in the measured sample. A peak-finding algorithm was employed to identify all peaks within the data. The dataset includes consecutive event numbers, representing peaks identified across all target channels (4, 5, and 6). Events detected in only a subset of these channels were excluded from the dataset. For each event, the amplitude (measured in the ADC sample range of 0-4095) and the width (measured in the number of samples) of the peak are reported. This dataset provides detailed information on the peak height and width for every event detected across all three channels, offering valuable insights into the detection capabilities of the microplastic detector.\n\ncdm_data_type = Other\nVARIABLES:\ntime (seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nMeasurement_Date\nMeasurement_Time\nMeasurement_Duration\nParticles\nSample_Concentration (ug/mL)\nSample_Volume (mL)\nFlow_Rate (uL/s)\nLaser_Power (mA)\nevent\nChannel_4_width (number of samples)\nChannel_4_height (ADC resolution/range)\nChannel_5_width (number of samples)\nChannel_5_height (ADC resolution/range)\nChannel_6_width (number of samples)\nChannel_6_height (ADC resolution/range)\n https://data-nautilos-h2020.eu/erddap/info/microplastic_detector_red_fluorescence_csem_test/index.htmlTable https://nautilos-h2020.eu/ (external link) https://data-nautilos-h2020.eu/erddap/rss/microplastic_detector_red_fluorescence_csem_test.rss https://data-nautilos-h2020.eu/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=microplastic_detector_red_fluorescence_csem_test&showErrors=false&email= CSEM microplastic_detector_red_fluorescence_csem_test

The detection and analysis of the yellow fluorescence signal were conducted using microplastic detector photodiode (PD) channels 1, 2, and 3, each equipped with green fluorescence filters. These photodiodes have different signal gains, facilitating a broader dynamic range of detection. The timetrace data of the PD signals were captured and subsequently filtered using a low-pass filter. The timetrace data exhibited peaks corresponding to the presence of yellow microplastic particles in the measured sample. A peak-finding algorithm was employed to identify all peaks within the data.
